Sash windows.. Yesterday’s Style… Today’s Technology
Warmlite flush SASH windows are available in a wide range of designs – from Georgian to Edwardian or from town house to country farmhouse.
Styles that are sympathetic to the character of your home yet crafted with modern materials. Each window provides high levels of energy-saving insulation, equally insulating against noise and offering enhanced levels of security. Our attention to detail includes the optional use of timber-effect coverings for the frames ranging from black through to Irish Oak, with opening sashes to match or contrast.
The FlushSASH range from Warmlite is the very latest innovation in fenestration. For years the window industry has replaced traditional timber products in properties with PVCu designs, where the chamfered or sculptured opening sashes protrude over the frame. The new range of Flush sash windows and doors brings back the traditional timber appearance with the sashes fitting flush into the frame.
They are manufactured from 70mm PVCu profiles and bring all the benefits of low maintenance, security, comfort, weather resistance and recyclability. From a style perspective a wide range of timber grained effect foil finishes are available, allowing matching or contrasting colours to be specified on the frames and sashes. Create the perfect match for traditional regional fenestration colour variants or a completely personalised design for your property. Mechanical joints on transoms and mullions are a standard feature, to replicate traditional mortise and tenon timber joints. To complete the authentic period look, monkey tail window handles and faux window stays are available as an option.
Energy Efficient Flush Sash Windows
Our traditional style sash windows are crafted using environmentally friendly, lead free PVCu profiles and can be specified with energy efficient, double glazing or triple glazed sealed units for optimum energy performance.
